- Sourcing and screening the candidates
- Conducting initial interviews
- Organising final interviews with clients be it face to face or online
- Organising and facilitating practical interviews asessments
- Organising visa and pre-employment medicals
- Collection and filing of visa documentation
- Facilitating deployment.
